Shalini Chauhan
With a Master’s degree in Sociology and a rich background in education and administrative roles, Shalini brings a wealth of expertise in our organization.
Additionally, her advanced analytical skills and strategic mindset contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Proficient in people management, she effectively oversees office operations, schedules, and communication channels, ensuring seamless coordination.
As a core founding member of WEEE, she serves as a pillar of support, working behind the scenes to ensure the fulfilment of the vision of making a positive impact on the world and fostering a community of like-minded citizens.

Sourabh Sengupta
With this motto in mind Sourabh Sengupta has been a leader in contributing to society. For the past ten years since 2015, he has led initiatives in digital literacy, climate change, sustainability, water conservation, social causes, and skill development sector across various cities in India.
As a Change Maker his journey is defined by resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to impactful solutions. Leveraging technology, he broadened the impact of environmental and educational initiatives, striving to unite a global community for positive change.
Some of his recent work includes:
- Contributing in creating awareness about water conservation through The Dead River Project, raising awareness and identifying solutions for sustainable water usage by connecting various communities across various geographies in India through workshops, photo stories, exhibitions, art performances, organizing Climate pe Charcha and facilitating global dialogue through social media.
- Working closely with young individuals in imparting 21st century skill training and empowering girl child to be independent and job ready.
- Working closely with other like minded organizations to mentor young future leaders in sustainability
- Supporting country’s effort in adopting Net Zero carbon emission mission through collaborative community actions.
- Spearheading projects to empower marginalized women in Delhi’s slums through a food delivery service.
