Additionally, her advanced analytical skills and strategic mindset contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Proficient in people management, she effectively oversees office operations, schedules, and communication channels, ensuring seamless coordination.
As a core founding member of WEEE, she serves as a pillar of support, working behind the scenes to ensure the fulfilment of the vision of making a positive impact on the world and fostering a community of like-minded citizens.
Sourabh Sengupta
Co-Founder — COO
With this motto in mind Sourabh Sengupta has been a leader in contributing to society. For the past ten years since 2015, he has led initiatives in digital literacy, climate change, sustainability, water conservation, social causes, and skill development sector across various cities in India.
As a Change Maker his journey is defined by resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to impactful solutions. Leveraging technology, he broadened the impact of environmental and educational initiatives, striving to unite a global community for positive change.
Some of his recent work includes:
- Contributing in creating awareness about water conservation through The Dead River Project, raising awareness and identifying solutions for sustainable water usage by connecting various communities across various geographies in India through workshops, photo stories, exhibitions, art performances, organizing Climate pe Charcha and facilitating global dialogue through social media.
- Working closely with young individuals in imparting 21st century skill training and empowering girl child to be independent and job ready.
- Working closely with other like minded organizations to mentor young future leaders in sustainability
- Supporting country’s effort in adopting Net Zero carbon emission mission through collaborative community actions.
- Spearheading projects to empower marginalized women in Delhi’s slums through a food delivery service.
Gaurav Singh
Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)
As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at WEEE Foundation, I lead the organization’s strategic vision, growth initiatives, partnerships, and impact-driven programs aimed at creating sustainable social transformation. My role focuses on bridging innovation, education, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, environmental responsibility, and community development to build scalable solutions that empower individuals and institutions.
With extensive experience in business strategy, education, financial services, skill development, and organizational leadership, I work closely with stakeholders, government bodies, academic institutions, corporate partners, and social organizations to design and execute high-impact initiatives that address real-world challenges.
At WEEE Foundation, I am responsible for:
* Defining and executing long-term organizational strategy and growth roadmap.
* Developing national and international partnerships for social impact initiatives.
* Driving educational, employability, entrepreneurship, and skill-development programs.
* Creating sustainable funding models and strategic collaborations.
* Leading innovation in community development and capacity-building projects.

* Identifying emerging opportunities in education, sustainability, digital transformation, and youth empowerment.

Saurabh Singh
Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at WEEE Foundation, I lead the organization’s technology vision, digital transformation initiatives, technical innovation, and scalable digital solutions aimed at creating sustainable social impact. My role focuses on using technology to strengthen education, entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, environmental responsibility, skill development, and community empowerment through modern, accessible, and future-ready platforms.
With strong experience in technology strategy, digital product development, automation, web platforms, cloud solutions, AI-driven systems, and organizational leadership, I work closely with stakeholders, government bodies, academic institutions, corporate partners, social organizations, and internal teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions that address real-world challenges.
At WEEE Foundation, I am responsible for:
- Defining and executing the organization’s long-term technology vision and digital transformation roadmap.
- Developing scalable digital platforms for education, employability, entrepreneurship, and community development.
- Leading technology innovation across social impact initiatives, capacity-building programs, and outreach projects.
- Managing software architecture, web development, automation, cloud infrastructure, and digital operations.
- Implementing AI, data-driven systems, and modern tools to improve efficiency, accessibility, and impact measurement.
- Supporting sustainable funding models through digital strategy, innovation, and technology partnerships.
- Identifying emerging opportunities in education technology, digital inclusion, sustainability, and youth empowerment.
